Bar Vermúdez is the name that emerged from an original adaptation of a Spanish surname “Bermúdez” and its appetizer star vermouth.
This wine-based drink marinated with different herbs and aromatized plants is the specialty of the house, presented in the classic way: with olive and a slice of orange .. They offer more than forty varieties (Yzagurre, Miró, Vitora, 4 Xavos, Perruchi or Nordesia) although without any doubt, the most sought-after is the vermouth.
Good habits should never be lost, that´s why Vermúdez claim the authentic aperitif and flavours. They do so with a wide selection of vermouths and an elaborate menu of traditional Spanish cuisine to enjoy at lunch or dinner, either at their charismatic bar or at the table.
It is a modern place but with a certain touch of tradition given by the old vermouth jugs, and an old-fashioned siphon decorating the bar like the local artists illustrations. The decoration of the place will bring you up some memories and, maybe, transport you to another century.
